The Process

Obtaining Permanent Residency followed by Citizenship Through Investment

  1. Investment Triggers Permanent Residency
A qualifying investment of $320,000 initiates the residency application process prior to applying for citizenship* excluding service fees.

  2. Permanent Residency Requirement
Applicants are not required to reside in Dominican Republic to qualify for citizenship.

  3. Final Citizenship Application
After becoming a permanent resident, an application to become a citizen will be required.  Additional documents for citizenship will be required and our legal team will help coordinate the documents for approval and the application of the Dominican passport.
